Who We Are

Precision farming
for a new era.

We build vertical growing systems that treat agriculture as an engineering discipline — not guesswork. Every variable controlled. Every harvest consistent.

Our farms occupy existing urban infrastructure: rooftops, warehouses, interiors. We bring food production inside the city and remove the logistics chain that degrades quality.

How We Grow

Every variable
under control.

Our proprietary growing system integrates climate engineering, LED spectrum tuning, and closed-loop hydroponics — removing agriculture's dependency on nature entirely.

01

Closed-Loop Hydroponics

Water is recirculated and pH-calibrated continuously. Zero runoff, zero waste.

02

Spectrum-Tuned LED Lighting

Each cultivar receives a bespoke light recipe — wavelength, intensity, and photoperiod dialled for flavour.

03

Climate Precision

Temperature, humidity, and CO₂ held to ±0.5° tolerance. Seasons become a design variable.

04

Sensor Intelligence

Over 200 data points captured per cycle, driving continuous yield and quality optimisation.

Questions

What you need to know.

Vertical farming is a method of growing crops in stacked layers inside controlled indoor environments — rather than in open fields. Plants are grown under precisely tuned LED lighting with nutrients delivered directly to their roots via hydroponics. This eliminates dependence on weather, seasons, and soil, and enables year-round production at a fraction of the land footprint.

Hydroponics grows plants in water rather than soil. A nutrient-rich solution is circulated directly to the plant roots, delivering everything needed for growth with none of the inefficiency of soil absorption. At Skyline Greens, our closed-loop hydroponic system continuously monitors and pH-calibrates the water, resulting in zero runoff and 98% less water consumption than conventional field farming.

Yes — completely. Because our farms are fully enclosed environments, pests and pathogens cannot enter. There is no need for chemical pesticides, herbicides, or fungicides at any point in the growing cycle. Every Skyline Greens product is grown and harvested in a zero-pesticide system, by design rather than by exception.

We harvest to order and deliver within hours of cutting — typically under four hours from farm to kitchen. Because our farms are located inside New York City, there is no long-haul freight, no distribution centre, and no multi-day cold-chain transit. The result is produce at peak flavour and nutritional density, with significantly longer shelf life than field-grown alternatives.

We currently supply restaurants, hotel kitchens, and food retailers across New York City. Our urban growing locations allow us to serve the five boroughs and surrounding metro area with same-day and next-day delivery schedules. If you're outside our current range but interested in a supply agreement, reach out — we're growing.

Yes. Our Custom Cultivars programme allows you to work directly with our agronomists to specify varieties, harvest size, growth cycle length, and delivery cadence. Whether you need a signature microgreen for a tasting menu or a reliable weekly supply of living herbs at a precise cut stage, we can build a programme around your kitchen's requirements.
